Service Description

We produce Arbequina, Arbosana, Koroneiki, Nabali and Oleana. Due to the fact that we are dealing with different flavours and strengths we are able to blend our EVOOs to create different artisinal blends with underlying notes and flavours.Cultivar pressing is specific by olive variety and year planted. Only after that do we blend according to culinary clients' requirements. We can create blends which not only showcase the best our estate has to offer but the character and mood of the current season.
