The farm is located in the central desert region of Jordan. We grow five varieties of cultivars and pick and press within hours in our onsite mill.All our machinery is from Europe and our oil is produced to European Standards and all Extra Virgin.
We supply 5 Star Hotels and Restaurants around the World and have White Labels for Chef's who have discerning palates.Whether our clients are the World's Best Chefs or the Best chefs at home all our clientele big and small are passionate about craftsmanship,quality and passion.
OUR CRAFT
We produce Arbequina, Arbosana, Koroneiki, Nabali and Oleana. Due to the fact that we are dealing with different flavours and strengths we are able to blend our EVOOs to create different artisinal blends with underlying notes and flavours.Cultivar pressing is specific by olive variety and year planted. Only after that do we blend according to culinary clients' requirements. We can create blends which not only showcase the best our estate has to offer but the character and mood of the current season.
MULTIPLE INTERNATIONAL AWARDS
In the last four years we have won over fifty-four awards from international competitions in three continents. Most recently three Gold Medals and one Silver Award from Italy EVO IOOC 2022 and Gold and Silver in NYIOOC 2022 (New York).
Ranked 41 in the World Rankings for 2021/2022 , we are the only Arab Middle Eastern Country to make the top 100.
Also ranked number 1 in Jordan with the top four EVOO of Jordan all produced by Maida.
